storage, you may request from the data controller to erase your personal

the data controller to provide you with personal data referring to you,

1.3 Registering to e-news
Visitors of the website have the option to subscribe to our e-news by
filling out the form for registering to the newsletter (the form is
embedded in the pop-up window).

- Which data are collected: We collect personal data
which you enter in the fields of the form for registering to our e-news
(e-mail, first name and surname). You may subsequently edit these data
by following the link on the bottom of each e-notification.
When you reply to the received e-notification, data on your device
and reply to the received e-notification may also be recorded (viewing
the message, clicking on the links). In order to collect these data,

- Purpose of collecting data: Data are being
collected and processed for the purpose of sending e-news. The analysis
of data on you reply (opening and clicking) help us tailor their content
to your preferences.
- How long are data kept: Data are kept as long as
you are interested in out e-news. When you unregister from the list of
e-news recipients, your data are erased.
- How to revoke your consent: If you change your
mind or do not wish to receive our e-news any more, you may revoke you

a server managed by MailChimp – the e-notification service provider,
which is our authorised data processor. MailChimp collects and processes
data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. As the data
controller we have full control over collecting, accessing, editing and
deleting data at all times. Data storage on MailChimp’s server is
regulated with a contract concluded with MailChimp.

We occasionally organise prize draws with practical prizes, e.g. for followers on Facebook.

- Purpose of collecting data: Your data are used only for purposes of a smooth delivery of the prizes.

data will be permanently erased from our data collection, unless their
storage for a determined period of time is mandatory in order to comply

The controller does not use automated decision-making.
